Hindi Pop star Daler Mehandi and Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kuselan. The music composer of Kuselan G.V Prakash has confirmed that Daler will be singing for the first time in Tamil. The song set to be a groovy pop number will have Superstar Rajini and Nayan shaking their legs for it. The song will be shot in the backwaters of Alleppy. Kuselan produced by Kavithalaya is directed by P Vasu features Rajinikanth, Nayantara, Pasupathy and Meena in lead roles

Rajini is appearing in 20 different getups in a special song rendered by Daler Mehndi, Sadhana Sargam and Chitra.
Vaali, one of the favourite poets of Rajini, has written the song by using the titles of popular films done by Rajini in the past.

The song starts like,

Saarire saare saare…
Pokkiri Raja Raja…
Pollathavan neethaa neethan…


Earlier, in film Basha, Rajinikanth appeared in 9 different getups in a song Azhagu… Azhagu… and rocked the screen. Once again the actor is going to prove his agility in taking the challenge of appearing in highest number of getups in a film.
There has been heavy security especially to keep away media from taking photos. The song is being picturised on Rajinikanth and Nayantara. Mamta Mohandas has also been seen among the crew. The shooting began on Sunday June 1st in the Punnamada Lake with more than 90 artistes dancing along with Rajnikanth and actress Nayantara on specially decked up snake boats and houseboats.

Kuselan team is bringing out all the bug guns for movie promotion. A live concert for the promotion of Kuselan songs and now a bus which will display rare photos of Rajinikanth will be launched in Chennai next week. Also there will be Competitions that will be conducted and the winning prize would be Kuselan merchandise like T-Shirts, caps and more. .

The bus will be painted with Kuselan photos and will be seen across the city and Nayanthara the heroine of Kuselan is expected to flag off the bus. While the bus will tour the entire city, it will be allowed to stop only in certain stops, allowing fans to inspect it. Earlier, a similar vehicle was launched the Suriya-Jothika Perazhagan in 2004.
